Quality Assurance and Transition Manager

“I’m a bit of a gourmet,” says Ashleigh Thevenet, Bluespark’s Quality Assurance Analyst. “One reason I like living in France is that the food here is an issue of national pride. The French aren’t trying to cut corners. They only use quality ingredients. They care about getting it right. I love that.”

It’s that admiration for “getting it right” that makes Ashleigh so good at her job in QA. The Bluespark team knows that they can count on her to review their work with meticulous attention to detail, to communicate errors quickly and clearly, and to follow-up and verify that every bug is found and fixed. Ashleigh says, “If there’s a mistake, I catch it.”

Bluespark clients may never meet with or talk to Ashleigh but they benefit in a very tangible way from her expertise and diligence. She works behind the scenes to ensure the quality, usability, accessibility, and functionality of each and every snippet of Bluespark code. She’s committed.

Commitment to excellence is a hallmark of Ashleigh’s professional career. Before joining Bluespark, Ashleigh worked for the e-commerce division of a luxury jeweler, spent four years as a Production Assistant in the advertising industry, and attended college at the prestigious American University of Paris. She currently lives—and cooks—in Paris.
