Bluespark Labs was hired to help extend and improve the ChannelAdvisor Support and Strategy Center (SSC). Based entirely on Drupal, this private portal is where ChannelAdvisor's clients login and find help and support for the award-winning SaaS ecommerce automation tools that ChannelAdvisor delivers to the some of the world's largest ecommerce companies. The SSC contains a thriving self-help community of ChannelAdvisor users as well as extensive documentation and content, a support ticketing system, and is utilized heavily by CA customers and employees.
